The backend runs as a single jar on JDK 1.8 with PostgreSQL 12 (a MySQL version lives in a separate repository). The docs describe three ways to deploy, including docker-compose. The docs are in Chinese.
- What does it cost?
- Community edition is free
The community edition is free and the docs give no hardware requirements. For a commercial license and more features, the listed prices are 3,000 CNY for the standard edition and 8,000 CNY for the advanced edition (source code).
- What to watch out for
- Limited free edition, older stack
The community edition has no teacher app, question import or video lessons; those are in the paid editions. It is built on Spring Boot 2.1.6, JDK 1.8 and Node 16, all older versions.
Based on license texts, commit history and official deployment docs. I have not deployed each one myself. Last checked: .
